Registration and Enrollment

All parents of players and users over 18 years of age must register online and create an account, registering their family details and details of all children who will be enrolling. An email confirmation of your registration will be sent you immediately. Once registered you can browse the coaching, camps, leagues and courses available and click to enrol. Once you are enrolled you will receive an email confirmation. You will be required to pay in advance and once your payment is made you will be emailed a receipt of payment.

Payments
All bookings not paid in advance remained unconfirmed and are subject to availability

Other methods of payments

Cash and Cheque payments can be made at our office or at a pre-arranged location. We also have sign up days once a term, details of which will be posted on Social Media.Please reference your child’s full name and booking details for all payments.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Terms & Conditions

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Services

https://activenetball.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Absenteeism & Make Up Classes

If your child is unable to make a class then you can make up a class at any other location within the same age category. Make up classes must be taken within the same term of absence they cannot be carried over to another term.

Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness or personal commitments. Please see the website for scheduled dates for make up classes. Make up Classes will not be transferred to the following term, nor will they be reimbursed.

Cancelled Classes

In the event of a Public Holiday being declared at short notice by the Government, or a Venue is closed at short notice resulting in classes being cancelled, we regret that we are not able to reschedule classes. 
Active Netball will not cancel or reschedule classes, except in the case of emergencies such as staff illness. Should Active Netball have to cancel a class, it is our policy to offer a make-up class before the end of the current term of enrolment.

Communication

All communication is sent via email; please keep records up to date on our web portal to ensure that you don’t miss important updates. We aim to send out only relevant information relating to upcoming classes, events and student news.

Open Classes

We prefer for parents and siblings not to sit in on classes to ensure we have players’ full attention, this also helps the players to develop friendships amongst each other. Parents are invited into an open class close to the end of term to see match play.

Refunds, Credits & Make-Up Classes

We regret that we do not offer refunds or credit, except in the following cases:

• Active Netball reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration. If we are unable to accommodate your child into another class, a full refund of the term fees will be offered. 
• When a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit will be issued to your account. 
• If a very young, or very shy child is not ready to participate in a class after attending the first three consecutive weeks, we will credit the remaining weeks to your family account. (Notification of withdrawal needs to be communicated within 24 hours of the 3rd attended class for credit to be issued)

Credits

Credits will be applied to your account and will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness or personal commitments.
Credits can be used for siblings, other classes or camps within the given year.

Student Drop Off and Pick Up

Active Netball Coaches are not responsible for players before or after class. Please drop players off and collect them promptly and ensure adequate supervision in the venue when waiting for a class to begin, or after a class has ended.  
In the interest of student safety, all Junior players must be collected from the court by a parent or guardian.

Trial Classes

We regret that we do not offer trial classes.
If a very young, or very shy child is not ready to participate in a class after attending the first three consecutive weeks, we will issue a credit for the remaining weeks to your account. This will have a validity of one full year, and can be used for siblings, other classes or Netball camps within the academic year. Please see above paragraph regarding credits for more details.

General Notes

By signing up to one of our courses this means you have agreed to our terms and conditions. 
There is no registration fee to be paid, your termly fee includes all costs except for any additional uniform required.

Training Kit

We expect all players to be appropriately dressed to participate in classes. Trainers with a non-marking sole (for indoor session) plus appropriate sportswear should be worn. Please do get in touch with us if you are unsure about what your child should be wearing to participate in netball.
