There is an easy to follow registration on our website that adds you to our community. It’s FREE to join us and keep up to date with all things netball.
How can I make payments? All payments are made in full online or via bank transfer prior to attendance. Please reference the participants name and relevant product when making your payment.

Is Covid still a thing? Active Netball are a Dubai Sports Council approved netball provider. We follow all protocols set by the DSC as well as individual school protocols. Please help us to help you and the wider sporting community to stay safe and prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Terms & Conditions
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Services
https://activenetball.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Absenteeism
We understand that players may have to miss a session due to illness or to attend an alternative event and our termly charges take this into account. We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions in this instance. We do ask players to commit to the term in order for them to get the most out of the sessions.
Cancelled Classes
In the event of a Public Holiday being declared at short notice by the Government, or a venue being closed at short notice or due to force majeure resulting in classes being cancelled, we regret that we are not able to reschedule classes. Active Netball will not cancel or reschedule classes, except in the case of emergencies such as staff illness.
Should an Active Netball session have to be cancelled, it is our policy to offer a make-up class before the end of the current year of enrolment.
Refunds & Credits
We regret that we do not offer refunds or credit, except in the following cases:
• If Active Netball cancels a class
• When a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit will be issued to your account (NB Doctors letter required).
Communication
All communication is sent via email and WhatsApp; please keep records up to date on our web portal to ensure that you do not miss important updates. We only send out relevant information relating to upcoming classes, events and student news. We also use Social Media for updates and post photographs of players and teams. If you do not agree to images of your child being used for our social media please make us aware.
Open Classes
We would love to have spectators at our classes and leagues but this is just not possible. Players are more focussed when they just have their coaches on site and space limits spectators. Thank you for adhering to this.
Drop Off and Pick Up
Active Netball Coaches are not responsible for players before or after class. Parents of Under 18’s MUST ensure their child has been admitted safely before leaving the location. You will receive a full and detailed information regarding session detailing drop off locations with reminders of all the safety measures.
Trial Classes
Trial classes are subject to availability and charged at 100 AED. This will be deducted from the remaining term fee if booked immediately following the trial class.
Training Kit
All players enrolled in termly coaching sessions receive a training T-shirt when booking for the whole term. We expect all players to be appropriately dressed to participate in classes. Trainers with a non-marking sole (for indoor session) plus appropriate sportswear should be worn. Please do get in touch with us if you are unsure about what your child should be wearing to participate in netball.
