FOUNDATION
School years 3 & 4

• Up to 8 players in your squad
• 5-a side rotation every quarter
• Full height posts

DEVELOPMENT
School years 5 – 7

• Up to 10 players in your squad
• 7-a-side
• Rotation is optional
