Trial classes are subject to availability and charged at 100 AED (Foundation at DBSJP) 150 AED (Masterclass and Matchplay at DC). 

We offer a 10% sibling discount for use when booking termly coaching sessions, EPP and camps. Discount applied to like for like products. Please use the following code when booking actnetsibling10.

All communication is sent via email and WhatsApp. We only send out relevant information relating to upcoming classes, events and student news. We also use Social Media for updates and post photographs of players and teams. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter @activenetball. If you do not agree to images of your child being used for our social media please make us aware.

Active Netball Coaches are not responsible for players before or after class. Parents of Under 18’s MUST ensure their child has been admitted safely before leaving the location. You will receive a full and detailed information regarding session detailing drop off locations with reminders of all the safety measures.

In the event of a Public Holiday being declared at short notice by the Government, or a venue being closed at short notice or due to force majeure resulting in classes being cancelled, we regret that we are not able to reschedule classes. Active Netball will not cancel or reschedule classes, except in the case of emergencies such as staff illness. Should an Active Netball session have to be cancelled, it is our policy to offer a make-up class before the end of the current year of enrolment.

We regret that we do not offer refunds or credit, except in the following cases:
• If Active Netball cancels a class
• When a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit will be issued to your account (NB Doctors letter required).

All players enrolled in termly coaching sessions receive a training T-shirt/vest when booking for the whole term. We expect all players to be appropriately dressed to participate in classes. Trainers with a non-marking sole (for indoor session) plus appropriate sportswear should be worn. Please do get in touch with us if you are unsure about what your child should be wearing to participate in netball.

We understand that players may have to miss a session due to illness or to attend an alternative event and our termly charges take this into account. We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions in this instance. We do ask players to commit to the term in order for them to get the most out of the sessions.

All payments are made in full online or via bank transfer prior to attendance. Please reference the participants name and relevant product when making your payment.
