Europe Netball C Award Officiating Course
Date: 29th and 30th August 2026
Location: Arcadia British School (Primary Roof Top Court)
Time: 9am – 1pm – Saturday 29th August 2026
10am -12pm – Sunday 30th August 2026
(Must be available on both dates. These dates are not flexible.)

Min age 14 years (unless talent Identified earlier)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
A 6 hour comprehensive face to face course which includes;

• extensive rules education,
• sanctions of major and minor infringements,
• game management protocols,
• communication and sanctions,
• vision development,
• movement and positioning relevant to match play,
• understanding advantage,
• working with your co-umpire.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE BEFORE COMMITTING TO THIS:

• It is your responsibility to find post course practice and experience opportunities, as well as a mentor to assist you through the process. Umpires working in Active Netball Leagues will have access to our mentoring programme.
• Working practically towards your qualification is optional after the course.
• The C Course is valid for 2 years from the date of written assessment. If you do not complete your practical assessment and qualify within that time frame, you will be required to attend a new course in order to obtain your qualification.
• This course must be completed fully in the UAE. No part qualification is able to be transferred to another member country.
• Your course cost includes:
  •  A first attempt at the Europe Netball online assessment and your practical assessment,
  • C Award Tee,
  • C Award Umpire Card included.
