Foundation Umpire Award Officiating Course

Part 1 – Theory:- Becoming an Umpire – online powerpoint

Part 2 – Rules Forum:- via zoom Saturday 3rd October 3pm

Part 3 – Rules Test:- via zoom Saturday 10th October 3pm

Part 4 – Practical:- 19th & 20th October 7:30am – 9:30am

Part 5 – Shadowing & Assessment:- upon successful completion of Parts 1-4

After attending the course you will;

• Have an improved understanding of the game
• Be more confident understanding the rules and explaining them
• Have skills to enable you to umpire netball matches
• Develop team work skills and communication skills
• Learn responsibility for yourself and others

Pre-Requisites;
Minimum age 13 years to access the course, no previous experience necessary

**AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 50 DHS PAYABLE PER SUPPLEMENTARY TEST AND/OR ASSESSMENT**
